The (SH)Red Iguana

For all you Salt Lake City Mexican food fans–and there are a ton of choices, from taco stands to ‘full strength’ beer serving restaurants–the Red and Blue Iguana locations are absolute must-stops. Amazing moles, perfect salsa and crispy tacos do more than enough to fill that big empty post-shred spot. Saw some SWB stickers on the door at the Red Iguana on North Temple, and got this shot from the power box!
